The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center is located on the South Campus on Bethea Drive. Services provided include inpatient and outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation provided in 4 phases, Diabetes Education, and Nutrition consults. We provide education and individualized exercise prescriptions for various populations. We keep in mind the client's age, medical history and fitness level. Our goal is to improve quality of life and increase fitness levels through teaching the client the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve these goals.

The Hilton Head Regional Medical Center's Cardiac Rehabilitation Center is accredited by the American Association of Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the South Carolina Joint Committee on Cardiac Rehabilitation.
