Niemand, Certified Hand Therapist Attends Symposium

Hilton Head Island, S.C. - Ena Niemand, occupational and certified hand therapist at the Physical Rehabilitation Center at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center attended a four day symposium on Surgery and Rehabilitation of the Hand with an emphasis on tendon and nerve injuries. This symposium was presented under the auspices of the Hand Rehabilitation Foundation in Philadelphia and endorsed by the American Society of Surgery of the Hand. This is part of Niemand's continuing education requirements to retain certification as a hand therapist.
